If you own multiple Google Plus(+) accounts and intends to use all of them together from the same browser session, then it can be easily done. Since, Google supports single sign-on for its products, the procedure is actually same as enabling the multiple sign-in for any other products. That is, enabling of multiple sign-in is available at Google level and if done, it will allow you to enjoy multiple sign-in for all of its products (of course, if that product support multiple accounts). If you enable multiple sign-in, then you will be able to access all the accounts at the same time from the same browser session. However, please note that it will allow you to access ten accounts maximum.
Once you enable multiple sign-in and log on with more than one accounts, then the first account with which you logged on will become your default account. Hence, if you switch to a Google product that doesn’t support multiple accounts, then it will use the default account credentials for signing-in to that product. If you log off from any one product, then it will automatically log you off from the remaining sessions as well.
